In Syracuse, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across New York on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11:30 amβ8 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Tuesday. Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Syracuse follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We recently hosted our family rehearsal dinner at Twin Trees Too, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was delicious and hit the spot for everyone in our party, but what truly made the night special was the incredible staff. Our servers, Kitty and Ashley, were absolutely phenomenal. They were attentive, warm, and handled our large family group with so much grace and efficiency. They made sure the food came out perfectly and we never felt rushed. If you are looking for a welcoming atmosphere, great food, and a team that will genuinely care for your guests, I cannot recommend Twin Trees Too enough.

We just ordered the buffalo chicken pizza it's literally inedible: it's chicken that tastes like it was marinated in speedies sauce and a white garlic sauce, not buffalo chicken like it says on the menu. The whole pizza just shades of white, no buffalo sauce at all. It just tastes like wet mayo somehow. When I called to say I think I got the wrong order- it tasted like a chicken ranch pizza- the server insisted that's just how they make it and came off as defensive. I'm not going to argue with someone who probably makes minimum wage but I'm definitely not wasting my money there again I'm so disappointed; literally throwing the whole thing in the trash.

Went for an early dinner April 11th had the special large pizza two toppings 20 wings and antipasto for $49.00. The antipasto was good but they need to put in a bigger bowl as it was falling on the table when we tried to scoop it out. It certainly was big enough and it to tasted good it's just a need to put in a bigger bowl. Then the pizza arrived and unfortunately, it was kind of tasteless the wings weren't delivered until about 15 minutes later and they were overcooked. Pretty disappointed as Twin Trees pizza and wings used to be very good

This was easily the most chaotic restaurant experience Iβve ever had. At several points we honestly thought we were being pranked. We had a reservation for 12 after my grandmotherβs funeral, with a couple additional relatives joining us. After a long emotional day, we were just hoping for a simple, comforting dinner together. My order: broiled fish, baked potato, salad. Straightforward. 15 minutes after ordering, a different server came out looking confused and said, βI have 15 orders and 13 people, I need to confirm everything.β So the entire table had to re-order. Not a great start, but okay β large party, busy night, things happen. 20 minutes later we were told they had no broiled fish (only fried), no scallops and one baked potato left. On a Friday. After Lent. My grandfather had ordered scallops and looked completely deflated. By the time our orders were actually finalized, we had already been waiting about 40 minutes. Then after a long while the food started coming out in what can only be described as culinary chaos. Random fish appeared at the end of the table. Sides landed wherever there was space. Nearly every order was wrong. No one really touched their food. My au

Our first time at this particular Twin Trees location. We stopped in for dinner, a party of 6 total. We ordered 1 large pizza, one personal pizza, one dozen wings, a Philly steak sandwich, a salad and a couple sides (Onion rings & French fries). We waited just about an hour for our food and when it did come, they had forgotten the fries and told us they could not make them now, as the fryer had been shut down for the night. The onion rings were cool and soggy, the chicken on the salad, very dry and also cool and the personal pizza, soggy on the bottom crust. The large pizza, they noted, was "very good!" We expected typical bar food, but it did fall short in flavor & temperature. The wait was very unexpected for such a simple order. We are told they might reinstate the buffet and we are hopeful they do so, across the entire chain. That was truly the best thing the best thing the place had going for it. Also, this particular location is aesthetically pleasing. Great potential with the right chef and staff. I hope they get there!
